Bowing out in style to the traditional sounding of horns, the latest edition of the Palm Beach International Boat Show (PBIBS) has officially closed its doors on an event that brought exceptional exhibits, copious amounts of sunshine, and an abundance of exciting show debuts.
Witnessing a footfall of more than 55,000 visitors, PBIBS 2026 introduced the American audience to a broad range of personal watercraft, speedy tenders, and boat charters, catering not only to the US-inspired builds, but also to international brands and shipyards that inspire owners and prospective charter guests in what to expect from some of the industry's most recognized names.
Featuring a clearly defined layout and dedicated zones, seamless access to the exhibits and continuous entertainment around the pontoons kept the show moving at an immersive yet unrushed pace, with over 600 brands showcasing everything from the latest USA yacht charters, to captivating gentleman's yachts, and even some Rolls-Royces.
Hosting returning favorites such as Princess, Oceanco, Saxdor, and multiple regional names, the curated collection of showcased yachts saw many successful sales throughout the duration of the show, with many guided tours also taking place for invaluable first-hand experiences of this year's hottest boats.
A yacht show isn't complete without its side attractions, and Palm Beach never disappoints. The highly popular AquaZone thrilled visitors with ongoing watersports demonstrations and top tips on how to get the most out of a watersports yacht charter, with brand representatives also on hand to give close-up looks at the latest gear hitting the market.
The expanded offering of seminars was also well-received, with those at the show able to explore angling topics at the outdoor tent by the Meyer Amphitheatre, and the new Superyacht Show Pavilion at Palm Harbor, which covered multiple subjects surrounding industry trends, sustainability in yachting, and charter vacations in Florida.
Around the pontoons, the energy was electric throughout, with an exciting spectrum of new, seasoned, and refitted boats and motor yacht charters. Complete with a brokerage selection, 'trawler alley', and the Superyacht Show, there really was something for everyone at this year's event.
Making their debuts at the show, the US market was on the receiving end of some incredible yacht premieres in the 2026 edition, including the undisputable star of the show, 246.8ft (75.18m) superyacht charter KENSHO.
Industry-renowned for her highly distinctive profile and hull color, KENSHO was a magnet for attention over the course of the five-day event, showcasing the result of a vision that witnessed the owner visiting around 100 yachts prior to deciding what they wanted from the exceptional build.
Available for Mediterranean yacht charters in the forthcoming summer season, this truly unique Admiral yacht rental was the largest charter attending the show, and knows how to impress, with her extensive exterior deck spaces, abundance of premium amenities, and, of course, her helipad.
