Feadship superyacht charter SOLACE has received the Best in Refit award at the 2026 International Superyacht Society (ISS) Design & Leadership Awards, held in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
The recognition follows a major 10-month refit completed at the Pendennis Shipyard in 2025, which saw the 187ft (57m) charter yacht undergo a series of exterior, interior, and engineering updates.
Originally delivered in 2005, SOLACE returned to the water with a two-meter extension to her stern, a reworked beach club, and refreshed guest spaces. The 10-month refit also prepared her for a planned three-year circumnavigation, known as the SOLACE Odyssey.
The ISS award adds to a year of recognition for the Feadship charter yacht, who also won the Refitted Yachts category at the 2026 World Superyacht Awards. Her latest honors recognize the extensive work undertaken during the Pendennis refit, which changed both her exterior profile and onboard facilities.
One of the most significant modifications was a two-meter extension to the stern, increasing the yacht's overall length and creating scope for changes to the aft areas. The exterior was also repainted, while engineering systems were updated as part of the 10-month project.
Designed for luxurious ocean living, superyacht SOLACE is one of the most impressive vessels on the charter market
The beach club was reimagined during the refit, with a sauna among the additions to SOLACE's onboard wellness facilities. Also on board, motor yacht charter SOLACE also has a gym, giving charter guests dedicated spaces for exercise and relaxation during their charter vacation.
Elsewhere on board, other premium amenities charter guests can expect to find include a deck Jacuzzi, Wi-Fi connectivity, and an entertainment system. A hydraulic swim ladder and spacious swim platform provide seamless access to the water.
Ready to launch from the said swim platform is an extensive collection of water toys supporting the yacht's exploratory itinerary. Her equipment includes:
- 2 x Yamaha WaveRunners More
- 2 x Kayaks and Scuba Diving Equipment with Nitrox Bauer Dive Compressor
- Water-Skis
- 2 x Seabobs and Towable Toys and more!
An inflatable Nautiboy Jet Ski dock is also carried onboard, giving charter guests further options for time on the water, alongside the more expedition-focused activities planned for her global itinerary.
The guest areas of luxury yacht charter SOLACE received an interior refresh by British design studio Vickers Studio, including a new cabin added to the bridge deck.
SOLACE's existing accommodation is listed as sleeping up to 12 guests across five cabins, comprising a full-beam master suite, three double cabins and one twin. The master suite is an indulgent space for primary guests with a private study, dressing room, and his-and-hers bathroom.
