The 24.95m/81'10" motor yacht 'Joy' was built by Van der Valk in the Netherlands. Her interior is styled by Dutch designer design house Guido de Groot Design and she was delivered to her owner in July 2018. This luxury vessel's exterior design is the work of Van der Valk.
Joy has been designed to comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests in 4 suites comprising one VIP cabin. She is also capable of carrying up to 2 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.
Built with a aluminium hull and aluminium superstructure, with teak decks, she has impressive speed and great efficiency thanks to her planing hull. Powered by 3 x diesel Volvo Penta (IPS 800) 600hp engines, she comfortably cruises at 19 knots, reaches a maximum speed of 24 knots. Her low draft of 1.7m/5'7" makes her primed for accessing shallow areas and cruising close to the shorelines. Her water tanks store around 1,600 Litres of fresh water. She was built to RINA (Registro Italiano Navale) classification society rules.
