Sapphire is built with a GRP hull and GRP superstructure, with gpr decks. Powered by twin diesel Caterpillar (3412) engines, she comfortably cruises at 16 knots, reaches a maximum speed of 22 knots with a range of up to 1,000 nautical miles from her 15,140 litre fuel tanks at 16 knots.
