Sea Diamond is built with a steel hull and teak superstructure, with teak decks. Powered by twin diesel Detroit Diesel (6-71N) 210hp engines, she comfortably cruises at 6 knots, reaches a maximum speed of 10 knots with a range of up to 2,400 nautical miles from her 11,355 litre fuel tanks at 9 knots. Her water tanks store around 6,813 Litres of fresh water. She was built to ABS (American Bureau of Shipping) classification society rules.
