The 54.9m/180'1" classic yacht 'Stargazer' (ex. Southern Breeze) was built by Zigler Shipyards at their Jennings, LA shipyard. Her interior is styled by design house Joseph Artese Design and she was completed in 1964. This luxury vessel's exterior design is the work of Bannenberg & Rowell and she was last refitted in 2006.

Her water tanks store around 70,000 Litres of fresh water. She was built to ABS (American Bureau of Shipping) classification society rules.
