The 37.75m/123'10" motor yacht 'Saffuriya' (ex. Hakuna Matata) was built by Peri Yachts in Turkey at their Antalya shipyard. Her interior is styled by design house Scaro Design and she was completed in 2011. This luxury vessel's exterior design is the work of Dixon Yacht Design and she was last refitted in 2020.
Saffuriya has been designed to comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests in 5 suites comprising two VIP cabins. She is also capable of carrying up to 7 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.
Built with a GRP hull and GRP superstructure, with teak decks, she has impressive speed and great efficiency thanks to her planing hull. Powered by twin diesel-electric MTU (MTU 16V 200M 92) 16-cylinder 2,185hp engines running at 2375rpm, she comfortably cruises at 20 knots, reaches a maximum speed of 25 knots with a range of up to 1,850 nautical miles from her 37,000 litre fuel tanks at 11 knots. Her low draft of 1.57m/5'2" makes her primed for accessing shallow areas and cruising close to the shorelines. Saffuriya features at-anchor stabilizers providing exceptional comfort levels. Her water tanks store around 3,250 Litres of fresh water. She was built to DNV (Det Norske Veritas) ✠ 1A Yacht Motor MC(2) R3 classification society rules, and is MCA Compliant.
