The 44.2m/145' motor yacht 'Groover' (ex. Lady Sheila) was built by Benetti in Italy at their Viareggio shipyard. Her interior is styled by English designer design house Bannenberg & Rowell and she was delivered to her owner in August 2009. This luxury vessel's exterior design is the work of Stefano Righini and she was last refitted in 2024.

Groover features at-anchor stabilizers providing exceptional comfort levels. Her water tanks store around 10,001 Litres of fresh water. She was built to Lloyds Register classification society rules, and is MCA Compliant.
