The 39.65m/130'1" open yacht 'Harmonic Waves' (ex. Happy Day) was built by Overmarine in Italy at their Viareggio shipyard. Her interior is styled by design house Luxury Projects and she was completed in 2007. This luxury vessel's exterior design is the work of Stefano Righini and she was last refitted in 2020.

Built with a GRP hull and GRP superstructure, with teak decks, she has impressive speed and great efficiency thanks to her planing hull. Powered by twin diesel MTU (16V 4000 M90) 3,650hp engines, she comfortably cruises at 28 knots, reaches a maximum speed of 31 knots with a range of up to 600 nautical miles from her 26,000 gallon fuel tanks at 28 knots. Her low draft of 1.5m/4'11" makes her primed for accessing shallow areas and cruising close to the shorelines. Harmonic Waves features at-anchor stabilizers providing exceptional comfort levels. Her water tanks store around 3,800 Litres of fresh water. She was built to BV (Bureau Veritas) classification society rules, and is MCA LY2 Compliant.
