The inugural "Mediterranean Yacht Show" will be held in the beautiful historic town of Nafplion in Greece in May 2014.
Organised by the newly formed Greek Yachting Association (GYA) the luxury yacht charter show will take place from 3 to 7 May 2014 in the town of Nafplion. Full details of the new charter show are yet to be announced, however with founder members of GYA representing over 90% of the crewed Greek charter yachts under central agency agreement it is destined to be a show to be added to your diary for next year.
The organisers of the "Mediterranean Yacht Show" have chosen Nafplion, sometimes known as Nafplio, as it is one of the most beautiful Greek towns in the area of Argolis (in eastern Peloponnese), it also boasts a large modern harbour for the superyachts on show and good hotel accommodation for visiting brokers from around the world. Nafplion also has historic importance as it was the first capital of the newly born Greek state between 1823 and 1834.
