- Day 2
Thanda Island to Zanzibar
Travel northwards overnight from Thanda Island and wake up in Zanzibar. Measuring 92 nautical miles, the trip takes just over 11 hours.
Your superyacht will anchor in an idyllic spot off Unguja, the archipelago’s main island, or one of the uninhabited islands. Spend the day exploring sun-kissed beaches, playing on the on-board collection of water toys and diving and snorkelling in the incredibly marine-rich waters. There is also an active beach party scene to enjoy once the sun has set.

Stone Town, Zanzibar
No visit to Zanzibar would be complete without a trip to Stone Town, the historic heart of Zanzibar City on Unguja.
Stroll through the narrow streets of this UNESCO World Heritage Site; it will transport you back to centuries ago when the city was at the heart of ancient trading routes. Many of the coral stone alleyways and houses date back to the 19th century when Zanzibar was at the height of its commercial power as a centre for spice trading. The fascinating mix of cultures permeates the city’s culinary offerings, so be sure to sample some of the delicious cuisine.

Zanzibar to Pemba Island
From city life to a pristine island getaway, depart Zanzibar for Pemba Island.
Anchor off the undeveloped coast and enjoy views of its hilly interior before taking the tender to one of the deserted beaches blocked from the mainland by a mass of mangroves. Hiking and wildlife spotting can also be enjoyed on shore while the Pemba Channel abounds with snorkelling and diving opportunities. An array of drop-offs provide the ideal habitat for a variety of fascinating sea creatures and there is also a secret shipwreck to discover nearby.
- Day 5
Pemba Island to Thanda Island
When your Zanzibar yacht charter is over, you can cruise back to Thanda Island and continuing enjoying its luxurious facilities.
Alternatively, if it’s your time to depart Tanzania, you will be transferred back to the mainland.
