Guide to the Seychelles

Encompassing two UNESCO world heritage sites, the 115 islands of the Seychelles are scattered across the Indian Ocean like precious jewels. Peppered with distinctive fluted granite rocks and red-hued boulders, Praslin is also home to the Seychelles’ most celebrated beach Anse Lazio. For more secluded beaches, take an eight minute helicopter flight over to the west coast of La Digue which is said to be the most photographed stretch of coastline in the world. Its swaying palm trees and jade-green waters epitomise treasure-island paradise, with dazzling views of the tiny surrounding islands; the perfect spot for a beach picnic.
