The 92.4m (303ft) charter yacht TATOOSH, from shipbuilder Nobiskrug, recently underwent a comprehensive refit before being reintegrated into the charter fleet with a refreshed look and feel.
Changing ownership in November 2022, TATOOSH has undergone a multitude of enhancements during her Antibes stay from winter 2022 to spring 2023, with the yacht's interiors being given a fresh look by the Italian design studio Cervo Bianco. The revamp of the motor yacht saw a blend of contemporary and vintage-inspired furnishings replacing the existing decor in the main deck saloon, interior dining room, master cabin, aft deck terrace, and the upper deck piano lounge.
With the refit not involving significant structural alterations, only minor modifications to the cabin layout onboard were made, but the updated interiors reveal a rejuvenated color scheme, replacing the yacht's previous subdued look with a vibrant, cream-colored interior, punctuated by blue and pink accents throughout.
The makeover also featured the installation of new gym equipment, safety measures to make the luxury yacht charter more family-friendly, and a complete overhaul of the yacht's AV/IT system to accommodate new Starlink antennas, decoders, and several TV screens, including one in the main salon.
While refurbishing the yacht, many original interior design features from Terence Disdale, such as the parquet wood floors, paneled white ceilings, and genuine stone fireplace, were meticulously preserved. This preservation helps retain the yacht's rich, elegant, and inviting ambiance, a characteristic highly valued by the original owner.
TATOOSH boasts an extensive cruising history, traversing regions like Africa, the Middle East, the Indian Ocean, the Far East, and Southeast Asia. She also comes with a vast toy box, multiple helicopter landing pads, and a heated contraflow swimming pool on the main deck, which can be drained and elevated to level with the deck.
