Superyacht ‘Baton Rouge’ offers spectacular saving on Caribbean charters

By Rebecca Bradbury   5 December 2018

The 63m/205ft Icon motor yacht ‘Baton Rouge’ is offering a 25 percent discount on her weekly base rate for charters taking place in the Caribbean for the remainder of the winter season.

With spacious deck areas dripping in luxury, stylish interiors abounding in comfort and modern amenities aplenty, Baton Rouge excels all expectations. Launched by Dutch shipyard Icon Yachts in 2010, she quickly made her mark on the charter market by wowing all those who step aboard.

Adding to her appeal this winter is her recently unveiled special charter rate and her availability for the rest of the Caribbean cruising season is not expected to last long.

Currently at the Antigua Charter Yacht Show, she will be showcasing her many alluring deck areas to attendees. A favourite place among sun-lovers is the expansive sundeck with its giant circular sun pad and a line-up of teak loungers. But lunch under the shade of the radar arch can be enjoyed too.

Another prime outdoor hangout on any yacht charter is the bridge deck aft. Here, a huge pool tempts guests to take a dip before sipping a cocktail at the bar and unwinding in a luxe outdoor lounge. The entire charter party can then catch up over a delicious al fresco dinner on the upper deck aft.

Charterers are also sure to flock to the water-side beach club. As well as being designed to offer easy access to the excellent water toy collection, it also features an air-conditioned lounge, dive room and a port-side gym, so guests can work up a sweat before quickly cooling down in the refreshing ocean.

Luxury yacht Baton Rouge continues to impress throughout the interior. Styled by Redman Whiteley Dixon, it boasts a super-luxe beach club theme which perfectly suits both relaxation and entertaining.

In the main salon, sofas and armchairs to port and starboard form a sumptuous setting for socialising and, further forward, a large table is designed for formal dinner parties. The skylounge, meanwhile, serves as the perfect place to retreat for family downtime while nightcaps are best shared in the observation lounge.

Up to 12 guests can sleep on board in seven cabins, including an expansive master suite with two private offices on the main deck, two VIP suites on the upper deck and four lower deck double cabins, two of which can convert to twins. This flexible layout makes the motor yacht great for a variety of charter parties.
