The 41st edition of the Palm Beach International Boat Show has wrapped up for another year after a successful four days of superyacht showcases, boat builder exhibitions and watersports demonstrations.
Kicking things off on Thursday 23rd March, the 2023 event enjoyed sunny skies and fair weather throughout the weekend, attracting over 55,000 attendees to the Florida venue held along Flagler Drive in downtown West Palm Beach.
One of the best shows in a long time...
The event featured 800+ boats, yachts and accessories worth more than $1.2 billion from the world’s leading manufacturers. Larger yachts were displayed at the north end of Palm Harbor Marina, while other superyachts such as the 49m (164ft) yacht SILVER LINING and 62m (203ft) Feadship yacht SEA OWL were lined up in the deep-water Rybovich Marina, ready for potential clients to visit.
The Palm Beach International Boat Show 2023 saw 152 superyachts with an average length of 41 meters and average asking price of $21 million, with over 100 yachts marking their debut at the show. There were also 49 yachts available for charter, 29 of which were also making their first appearance at the USA event.
Said to be the fastest-growing boat show in Florida, feedback from exhibitors and industry brokers confirm how successful the four-day event has been, with solid turnouts in leads, sales and charter business reported.
As always, there was a gleaming selection of charter yachts in attendance, headlined by the 88m (290ft) Oceanco yacht BARBARA whose elegant decks and voluminous spaces made a resplendent spectacle at the show. Another standout vessel was the 75m (246ft) superyacht ARROW. Delivered in 2020, she was unmissable thanks to her elegant lines and unmistakable Feadship pedigree, and wowed all those lucky enough to step aboard with a long list of facilities.
Also impossible not to spot over the weekend were the 60m (196ft) Amels sister ships COME TOGETHER and ENTOURAGE. Built as part of the yard’s highly successful Limited Edition 60 series, these explorer-style yachts stood out from the crowd tantalizing show-goers with their rugged exteriors and state-of-the-art features.

There were also tents full of the latest electronics and accessories, seminars, fishing clinics, hands-on boat handling classes, live music and myriad food vendors, with 5-star offerings at the Windward VIP Club for guests with ‘Experience’ passes.
