New Heesen superyacht LAURENTIA joins charter market

By Rebecca Bradbury   23 March 2018

The brand new 55m/180ft motor yacht LAURENTIA is the latest addition to the global charter fleet and is available for yachting vacations in Mediterranean hotspots such as the South of France this summer.

Delivered in September 2017, LAURENTIA is one of the most advanced charter yachts in her class and, over the summer, guests can be among the first to experience her luxurious facilities, innovative performance and inimitable style on a South of France yacht charter.

Sure to turn heads in these world-class cruising grounds, she boasts clean, muscular lines penned by Frank Laupman of Omega Architects, as well as Heesen’s signature ‘shark tooth’ design on the wheelhouse overhang.

Stepping aboard for a yacht charter, guests will be able to make the most of her luxe deck areas. On the expansive sundeck, take a dip in the Jacuzzi, lounge on sunpads, sip refreshing cocktails at the bar and dine al fresco under the shade of the radar arch.

The entire charter party can also catch up over dinner on the upper deck aft, while the main deck aft converts from a chic place to catch up with loved ones during the day into an outdoor cinema for movie nights at sea.

Even more daytime entertainment is to be had on the beach club. Guests can lay back and relax just steps away from the sparkling Mediterranean waters or try out the extensive selection of water toys.

Be among the first to experience LAURENTIA's luxurious facilities, innovative performance and inimitable style on a private yacht charter

Miami-based design firm Radyca is behind the interior aboard luxury yacht LAURENTIA which, prioritising indoor-outdoor living, evokes a tranquil atmosphere laced with much elegance. Open-grain white oak is offset by dark wenge accents and taupe and grey leathers provide a sense of refinement.

In the main salon, sumptuous sofas invite guests to unwind before dinner is served in the formal dining area and, on the upper deck, the skylounge is flanked by floor-to-ceiling windows and features a huge TV screen, bar and comfortable seating area.

After a day at sea, charterers can retreat into one of six staterooms, comprising of a full-beam master suite on the main deck, and a full-beam VIP suite, two double cabins and two twin cabins on the lower deck. In total, the motor yacht can sleep 12 guests.
