Heesen Yachts announced that the 50m (164ft) full-aluminum motor yacht Project Altea was launched from its Oss shipyard last month, with her delivery expected in June. Following the Dutch shipyard's delivery of megayacht ERICA in 2019 (formerly known as Project Boreas), Altea represents the second yacht to be built on the highly efficient Nova Plus design and engineering platform.
The acclaimed Omega Architects are behind her contemporary exterior styling, with Project Altea sporting a dynamic reversed stem, long waterline and floor-to-ceiling windows for breathtaking vistas. Her graceful and modern interiors are artfully helmed by Cristiano Gatto Design.
Altea has over 350m square meters of interior space
Across six elegant staterooms, the contemporary Altea can have up to 12 guests, complete with two sumptuously-upholstered lounge areas. Voluminous, she has more than 350m square meters of interior space, allowing guests to comfortably live life to its fullest whilst on the open waters.
As for exterior spaces, Altea features a deck Jacuzzi and comfortable seating that's ideal for spending long leisurely afternoons soaking up the sun.
It is not yet known whether M/Y Project Altea will be available as a luxury yacht charter.
