Charter Yacht 'Triple Seven' Renamed LEXA

By Editorial Team   25 October 2014

Known for being one of the most stylish and well-equipped super yachts on the global charter fleet, the 68m/223ft 'Triple Seven' will now go by the name of LEXA.

Built in 2006 by Nobiskrug, motor yacht LEXA was originally given her 'Triple Seven' or 777 name because the number is seen as a lucky combination in her native Germany. With the original concept born from a chance meeting at the 2002 Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show between yacht designers and naval architects Frank E H Neubelt and Roland Krüger of Newcruise-Yacht Project+Design with her original Owners who were looking to build a custom yacht, the name stuck and has since become well-known on the charter market. Now under new Ownership, she will continue her exceptional reputation under a new name.
