Back for a fiery fifth season around the sunny shores of Spain, Below Deck Mediterranean will be hitting our screens tonight at 9/8c on Bravo TV. Ahead of the premiere, take a look inside the superyacht starring in season 5 of the show: the Wellington (aka the Wellesley).
New destination, new crew, new yacht. There's a lot of change in store for Below Deck Med Season 5, but no doubt we can expect the same authentic glimpse inside life on board luxury charter yachts.
Season 5 has been filmed around Mallorca, a pretty little island close to Ibiza off the eastern coast of Spain. The homeport during the show is Port Adriano.
Alongside returning favorites including Captain Sandy Yawn and Chief Stewardess Hannah Ferrier, the show will feature an almost entirely new crew; check out our article for a sneak peak at the new crew of Below Deck Med Season 5.
Adding further excitement, Season 5 has also been filmed on board the biggest superyacht in Below Deck Med history: the Wellington.
In real life, this yacht goes by the name 'The Wellesley'. Many yachts on Below Deck and Below Deck Med go by aliases on the show- you can read our article, Below Deck Yacht Names and Cost to Rent Revealed.
Below Deck Season 5 yacht is called the Wellesley, but it was renamed the 'Wellington' for the show.
The Wellesley, or the Wellington, is a highly popular charter yacht with a wide range of amenities and facilities.
She has a large jacuzzi with a spillpool feature and a great range of alfresco lounging areas across her 3 decks.
Her interiors have been finished in an elegant 1920's theme, with a refined black and cream color palette and solid marble surfaces in the en suites.
She was built by prestigious Dutch shipyard Oceanco, and she offers accommodation for a total of 12 guests.

The cost to charter the Wellington (or the Wellesley) is from €220,000 (approximately $243,000) per week.
This price does not include expenses such as all on-board food and beverages, fuel, docking fees, crew tip and local tax (VAT).
She is available for Mediterranean yacht charters in the summer months.
Season 5 of Below Deck is unique in that it will be the first to feature an all-female lead crew, with Captain Sandy at the helm, Hannah Ferrier leading the interior and bosun Malia White managing her deck team.
Ahead of the new season, YachtCharterFleet had the chance to sit down with Captain Sandy Yawn to hear her thoughts on Below Deck Mediterranean and the world of crewed yacht charters.
One thing Sandy touched on was how difficult it is to be a female captain, saying; "I have been turned down for jobs because I am a woman. It's so shocking to me that there are few woman on deck today.
"If it wasn't for Below Deck I believe we would have even fewer women in yachting. I love that the show always has a female on deck."
