The 107m/351'1" expedition yacht 'Shackleton' (ex. Northern Star) was built by Lurssen in Germany at their Wolgast shipyard. This luxury vessel's exterior design is the work of Salt Ship Design.

Guest Accommodation

Shackleton has been designed to comfortably accommodate up to 20 guests in 10 suites comprising four VIP cabins. She is also capable of carrying up to 30 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.

Onboard Comfort & Entertainment

Her features include a dancefloor, steam room, beauty salon, elevator, underwater lights, beach club and air conditioning.

Range & Performance

Shackleton is built with a steel hull and aluminium superstructure, with teak decks. Powered by 3 x diesel Wartsila (9L20) 9-cylinder 2,692hp engines, she reaches a maximum speed of 24 knots. Shackleton features at-anchor stabilizers providing exceptional comfort levels. She was built to Germanischer Lloyd classification society rules.
