The award winning 111.5m/365'10" motor yacht 'Alaiya' (ex. TIS) was built by Lurssen in Germany at their Rendsburg shipyard. Her interior is styled by British designer design house Winch Design and she was delivered to her owner in June 2019. This luxury vessel's exterior design is the work of Winch Design and she was last refitted in 2020.

Guest Accommodation

Alaiya has been designed to comfortably accommodate up to 18 guests in 9 suites. She is also capable of carrying up to 38 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.

Onboard Comfort & Entertainment

Her features include a spa, beauty salon, elevator, underwater lights, beach club, gym and air conditioning.

Range & Performance

Alaiya is built with a steel hull and aluminium superstructure, with teak decks. Powered by twin diesel MTU (20V 4000 M73L) 20-cylinder 4,963hp engines running at 2050rpm, she comfortably cruises at 12 knots, reaches a maximum speed of 18 knots with a range of up to 7,000 nautical miles from her 390,000 litre fuel tanks at 12 knots. Alaiya features at-anchor stabilizers providing exceptional comfort levels. Her water tanks store around 80,000 Litres of fresh water. She was built to Lloyds Register ✠ 100A1 Passenger Yacht, ShipRight(SDA, CM, ACS(B)) Ice Class 1D classification society rules.
