The fourth edition of the Mediterranean Yacht Show, which took place between 29th April and 2nd May 2017, was declared a resounding success as industry professionals from around the world gathered to check out the spectacular superyacht displays. YachtCharterFleet was there too, soaking up all the action and keeping up-to-date with the latest happenings.
Welcoming an impressive number of more than 80 charter yachts, the 2017 Mediterranean Yacht Show was held in the picturesque port town of Nafplion in Greece and was timed to coincide with the start of the Mediterranean’s summer cruising season.
Show organisers, the Greek Yachting Association (GYA), once again displayed their trademark hospitality, and superyacht captains and crews ensured all guided tours, lunches and other on-board events took place in the most accommodating fashion.
Some of the most talked-about yachts in attendance included the magnificent 52m/171ft superyacht PEGASUS from Feadship, the 37m/121ft superyacht PANDION – originally built for the Sultan of Brunei by Hessen – and 50m/164ft superyacht OURANOS from Admiral Yachts.
