One of the highlights of the 2017 Mediterranean Yacht Show, which ran from 29th April to 2nd May in Nafplion, Greece, was the popular Chefs Competition. An epic battle ensued between the competing chefs as their skills and expertise were put to the test by a panel of highly acclaimed judges.
In accordance with the competition theme, the chefs had to create raw food dishes using only Greek products. This reflects the growing trend for raw food, as well as how the produce and cuisine of Greece are flourishing and appreciated across the world.
The Mediterranean Yacht Show was timed to coincide with the start of the Mediterranean cruising season, and offered industry professionals the opportunity to check out the charter yachts available in the region over the upcoming months in order to provide in-depth feedback to clients.
