- Day 1
English Harbour
Getting a private yacht charter vacation in Antigua underway in style, guests will arrive at the iconic English Harbour located at the south of the island. Flanked by fortresses on either side, this natural harbour enjoys the status of a National Park, and there’s plenty to see and do here before stepping on board a yacht.
The fine selection of boutique shops and restaurants, for example, call out to visitors to enjoy at a relaxed Caribbean pace. Firmly embedded in nautical history, the English Harbour in Antigua was used a naval base back in the 18th century, and evidence of this fascinating past can be traced along its streets.

Shirley Heights
On the second day of a luxury yacht charter vacation in Antigua, there’s no better way to spend the time than by cruising over to the Shirley Heights Lookout to enjoy some incredible views and hit up an unforgettable party.
Ideally visited on a Sunday, live bands typically begin playing on the shore around 4PM, allowing visitors to enjoy a barbeque dinner and some dancing beneath the stars. A renovated 18th century building, visitors are able to get in touch with the history of Antigua during their time here.

Green Island
A short distance off the east coast of Antigua, Green Island is an uninhabited island which calls out to those visiting on board a superyacht. With a range of anchorage options, visitors are able to enjoy a sport of snorkeling or simply kick back with some exotic birdlife flying overhead.
Totally undisturbed, the island itself is a natural haven which calls out to be explored at a leisurely pace. Renowned the world over, the Nonsuch Bay on the east coast is loved by sailors due tos tranquility and constant sea breeze.

Deep Bay
On day 4 of a yacht charter vacation in Antigua, anchoring at Deep Bay no doubt offers the best opportunity for some rest and relaxation. The very vision of an idyllic Caribbean beach, the white sands and palm trees create the ideal backdrop for a day of unwinding.
Similar to Green Island, Deep Bay is fantastic for snorkeling, except here there is a shipwreck to dive down and explore. For those more inclined toward a quieter pace, Fort Barrington offers a more relaxed environment for visitors to gather in. With beach bars located a short distance away, elite travelers are also able to end the day with a tasty sundowner.

Great Bird Island
After visiting Deep Bay, the next spot to hit up in Antigua is Carlisle Bay. Made up of untouched sands and clear azure waters, this destination promises visitors a world of calm as well as a range of restaurants to check out.
Like so many other areas of Antigua, the anchorages here are plentiful, and it’s well worth considering a visit to Rendezvous Bay or Johnsons Point if it’s lively bars rather than undisturbed coastlines which are desired.

Great Bird Island
When it comes to idyllic desert islands, they don’t come much better than Great Bird Island. Indeed, with white sand beaches lined with palm trees and populated by exotic wildlife, there’s few places as attractive to escape to.
Perfect for a nature hike or a spot of snorkeling amongst some vibrant marine life, the destination offers an endless list of vacation possibilities. With a perfect vantage point of the surrounding islands, it’s well worth stepping on to the mainland for a thorough exploration.

English Harbour
Returning to English Harbour in anticipation of disembarkation, visitors have a last opportunity to experience the charms of the natural harbour.
Rounding the week of with a few cocktails and lunch, it’s also an ideal time to pick up a memento of a memorable week.
